At our facility, all bookings made through our website or at the venue are final and non-refundable. Please read our policy carefully before making a booking.

• All bookings, including court reservations, add-ons, and equipment rentals, are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.
• Once payment is processed, the transaction is considered final.

2. Cancellations

• Once a booking is made, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
• We do not offer refunds for cancelled bookings, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up for your booked slot, the booking will be forfeited.
• No refund or rescheduling will be allowed for no-shows.
• Please ensure you arrive on time for your booking.

4. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling may be permitted subject to availability and venue policy.
• Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to approval.
• Rescheduling does not entitle you to a refund if the new time slot is unavailable or if you choose not to reschedule.

5. Special Circumstances

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but our no-refund policy applies to all situations.
• This includes medical emergencies, travel issues, weather conditions, or any other personal circumstances.
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you are concerned about potential cancellations.
